  A way to keep debug window open without debug info in the main window

Bug description:
  User feedback: (Mudlet Clan): Ada says, "Is it possible to stop displaying system messages in the main output 
  window while the debug window is open?"

  Currently, we can't support this. But not being spammed with GMCP
  events when you want to debug your triggers sounds like a good idea.
