  Add an 'email me' download link for mobile site

Bug description:
  Idea taken from https://etcher.io - as Mudlet doesn't run on mobile
  devices, we should have a button where people can enter in their email
  to get a Mudlet download link sent to them, so they can download it
  when they get on their desktops.
