  é cannot be typed on Mac

Bug description:
  Command+e, required to type é on Mac, spawns the trigger/aliases/etc
  editor on a Mac. See
  http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3475&p=17119#p17119 for
  the original report.

  A solution could be to allow the Mudlet keybindings be customizable by
  the user.
