  send NAWS when changing wrap-around column

Bug description:
  When editing in

  settings -> main window

  the "wrap around at" column

  the server isn't notified with a telnet NAWS sub negotiation that the
  terminal width has changed

  (it indeed has changed, since sending a NAWS request manually will
  yield the new value)
