  Pre-uninstall event

Status in Mudlet:

Bug description:
  It would be good to get an event raised before a package is
  uninstalled - so the package can delete its temporary objects and
  clean up properly.

  This would remove the current annoying need to restart Mudlet upon a
  package reinstall/upgrade, which has to be done because of all of the
  temporary objects getting duplicated.
