Title:
  Hide default_host from the list of profiles

Status in Mudlet:

Bug description:
  At least one user was using it accidentally and crashing Mudlet
  (bad!): http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3579

  I'm not sure on the need of it - if it's not needed anymore or could
  be restructured so we don't need it, maybe that is a better solution?
