Something like that. At the moment, both files are versioned and
completely different. I don't *think* one is being copied to the other,
or they would look the same as soon as I ran the build script.

  For some reason, we have both of these (I added both). I think one is
  for GAE and one is for GWT but we certainly shouldn't have both.
