Support for Wacom Bamboo Touch trackpad

There is now a DKMS package with supplementary support for the Bamboo Touch
available in the utouch PPA:

   https://launchpad.net/~utouch-team/+archive/utouch

The package has been tested to work well with the Synaptics X Driver, the
Multitouch X Driver and the utouch gesture framework.
