I think that is still to be decided, but we do plan to offer support for most
two-finger devices out there, on the application level. That means things like
scrolling and pointing will work, but window-manager and unity-specific gestures
will not work.
To answer more specifically, we would need some more details regarding your
device. I suggest opening a bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/utouch, if not
already done, and supply the output of 'cat /proc/bus/input/devices'.
