I had to apt-get install xinput and (I think) libutouch-grail1, though. They weren't updated automatically. Then I ran into two X server crashes - logs are attached: - The server crashes on startup as long as I have N-Trig Pen enabled. If I add an appropriate Option "Ignore" "On" to xorg.conf, the server starts. (Not sure if this is relevant to multitouch, but just in case). - If I start xinput test-xi2 and click a few times on the window, the server also crashes. The good news is that neither of these are stopping me from coding for XInput 2.1. Any ideas? If you need more info, please ask. Cheers & thanks for the update, Uli
