Message #00048
Choose which server to connect to
Good afternoon,
I would like to know if I can use mysql proxy this way:
mysql client -> sql1.dom.tld -> mysql_proxy -> ip_address_1
mysql client -> sql2.dom.tld -> mysql_proxy -> ip_address_2
I mean: mysql proxy redirects queries according to which url it has been called from.
I could not find any information about what kind of information about "connection" mysql can exploit...
I know we can dump all the data which is transfered between client and server (after the authentication stage), but can we what can we get before ?
Thanks a lot !
Pierre
(sorry for bad English, I'm french)
