Sorry, we haven't added them back yet, they were removed during a  
restructuring and sadly we've found no time to add them back.
I can see what I can do either later today or tomorrow, but I only  
have limited access to windows build machines at the moment.
I'm hoping my Windows VM will be somewhat in a shape that I can try.  
Otherwise I might have to use CMake on unix and hope that everything  
"just works"…
