OK, so you've got some major corruption going on here.  So I'm gonna
mark this ticket invalid.

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/mythtv-common_0.22.0~trunk22242-0ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
 error setting timestamps of `./usr/share/mythtv/themes/default/keyboard/keyboard.xml': No such file or directory

I'd recommend checking your hard drive, memory and filesystems for
problems.
