Howdy again,  I don't know if you noticed, but upstream believes there
is a chance that this problem might be fixed.  Unfortunately, they have
not merged that fix into the 0.22 version of MythTV.

The Mythbuntu team has alpha quality builds of MythTV 0.23 available on
a PPA if you are interested in testing out their fix.  If you find it is
still a problem, then the issue could be re-opened.  Please follow the
directions at http://mythbuntu.org/auto-builds to enable them. Please do
not let the closing of this ticket dissuade you from opening a new
ticket if this (or any other) problem occurs with 0.23 or beyond.

WARNING: If you need to have the ability to revert back to 0.22, you
will need to back up your database before upgrading since a 0.23
database can not be downgraded.

Bug description:
when i'm waching live tv i have problems changing channels from dvb-s to dvb-s2 (hdtv) or oposit. the screen is turning black an the harddrive is working havey. starting live tv in dvb-s works perfect and i can watch other dvb-s channels, no problem. starting live tv with dvb-s2 works ok. changing changing channel is ok, with a hard working harddrive.

i'm using mytbuntu 9.10 beta

my hardware is

Motherboard: ASUS p5n7a-vm
cpu: pentium dual-core e5200 2.50ghz
ram: 4 gb
graphiccard: nvidia geforce 9300
tvcard: azurwave ad sp400 ci
