[Bug 489381] Re: 9.10/0.22 weighted time priority combination autoexpire deletes newest show

I suspect it is because old recordings were in the "recordings"
directory, while new recordings were being placed in the "default"
directory. When I first upgraded to 9.10 et.al., my back-end complained
of a lack of somewhere to store its recordings. So I diligently filled
in a "default" directory (..../default), also finding that it couldn't
find my recordings I filled in the recordings directory
(.../recordings). I see an upgrade has since replaced my "Recordings"
with a second Default directory (location is the same).

I've also since moved any old recordings to the first default directory,
and deleted any recordings that could expire (oh and doubled disk space
making an expire un-likely). That got rid of the problem.

Bug description:
(so it seems does "Oldest Show First"!)

After deleting any "deleted" programs, this algorithm seems to delete the most recent recordings; for instance:

2009-11-27 15:44:13.984 AutoExpire: CalcParams(): Max required Free Space: 6.0 GB w/freq: 15 min
2009-11-27 15:44:14.025 Expiring 2225 MBytes for 1046 @ Fri Nov 27 14:00:00 2009 => Relocation, Relocation
2009-11-27 15:44:14.032 autoexpire: Expiring Program: Expiring 2225 MBytes for 1046 @ Fri Nov 27 14:00:00 2009 => Relocation, Relocation

where "Relocation, Relocation" was the last program recorded. Similarly, during the recording of "Relocation, Relocation" I can see it deleting a show recorded earlier in the morning.
