[Bug 439303] Re: Mythbuntu 9.10 installer [forward] and [back] buttons grayed out
After the mythbuntu-plugin-enhance branch is merged into ubiquity, we'll
have to see how this page is looking. It's hard to predict what will
happen at this point.

Bug description:
Step 1/11 ("Graphics Drivers" screen):the default Video Driver is already selected as "Open Source Driver", but you can't click the [Forward] button because it is grayed out. If I change the selected driver to the other option ("AMD Graphics"), then the [Forward] button ungray's. Then I can change back to the open source driver. Forward button stays ungray'ed. Expected behaivor: [Forward] Button should be usable when screen first comes up.
Step 2/11 ("Master Backend Connection Information" screen): Again, [forward] button is not available to click even though all fields have auto-populated data in them. The only way to get the [forward] button to activate is to press the [test connection] button (which of course for a local/new install, always results in a "Connection results: failure" message - but that doesn't matter... it makes the [forward] button usable). More concerning, no matter what I do on this screen, the [back] button is also not available for clicking, so user can't go change anything on the previous step. Expected behavior: [back] button is usable. [forward] button should be usable if fields are filled out without hitting the [test connection] button.
side comment: I was a bit surprised at the contents of the screen at step 2. It is asking about backend info without having asked if this is a frontend only, backend only, slave-backend, etc.
