this bug has been resolved in the 2.6.31 kernel, which was shipped with
9.10.  If this did not resolve your issue, please feel free to reopen
this ticket and attach updated information about what is going wrong.

Bug description:
Technisat Cablestar 2 PCI doesn't initialize in Mythbuntu 8.10 even though it is being initialized in Mythbuntu 8.04.1.
