After further discussion, unfortunately the Mythbuntu team does not
foresee a time when they will be able to tackle this issue, so I am
closing this ticket.  With that being said, if someone else wants to
write a patch for this, we will be happy to help push it upstream.
Please do not let this action deter you from opening tickets on other
issues that you find!

Bug description:
Binary package hint: mythtv

If a program is set to record on a certain channel, and you are already watching the channel the program is on before the recording starts, mytvtv retunes to the current channel when the program starts. This causes a disruption of 3-4 seconds, which can be annoying if the previous program has overrun by a couple of minutes.

I am using a single PVR-150 with the Hardy beta version of mythbuntu.
