By modality persistence, are you meaning the "persistent" option that's
set in USB Creator?  Does this option work properly from Ubuntu media
from the same time frame and is failing specifically  with Mythbuntu
media?

in test case dls-001 and dls-002 are all ok
when I try to start in modality Persistence the system jams, with the logo " ubuntu" stopped. The lights placed under the logo stopped. 
This happens after the selection of the language and the selection " try ubuntu without… "
