[Bug 550096] Re: mythvideo doesn't support accentuated chars in directory names

disregard the reported MythTVDirectoryPermissions, the bug was reported
from my remote FE. Perms are OK on the BE and I am using Storage Groups,
so no mounting is necessary.

Bug description:

0.23 - Using Storage Groups

If I use directory names using accentuated chars the mythvideo scan ignores them.

Example:

"Séries" is ignored
"Series" is seen

.22 could use accentuated chars, I was setup like that.
