Bug description:
Binary package hint: xmltv
The latest version of Date::Manip (6.04) causes tv_grab_uk_rt in lucid xmltv (0.5.56-1) to break:
$ tv_grab_uk_rt
Using old-style config file
XMLTV requires a Date::Manip timezone of +0000 to work properly.
Current Date::Manip timezone is wet.

Has been fixed upstream, not yet in debian.
