Howdy, and thank you for helping to improve mythbuntu by opening this ticket.  I do not believe that auto-download/use of cd album art is supported.  Please see http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythMusic#Using_Album_Art for further info.
If you do not believe this analysis to be accurate, please feel free to move this ticket back to the "new" state
