I've added 2 large warning screens to mythbuntu-repos that should stop
people from doing upgrading to trunk. As mythbuntu-repos shouldn't need
to be touched anymore, I've moved on to other projects. If anyone is
willing to write a patch for this issue, I am willing to accept it and
commit it to the branch.

Bug description:
mythbuntu-repos allows the user to select 0.24. This version does not exist and should instead be replaced by 'trunk' or 'development'. This should be done in all areas that the user sees. The PPA can still be called 0.24 and that can still be used internally.
