Bug description:
lirc installation generates double definition to KEY_MENU mapping in mythtv file. This happens, when installing Mythbuntu 10.04.

This definition is two times in same mythtv file: 
begin
    remote = Antec_Veris_RM200
    prog = mythtv
    button = KEY_MENU
    config = M
    repeat = 0
    delay = 0
end
