[Bug 669440] Re: Doesn't remove cron jobs on removal
Cron jobs are installed into /etc/cron.*/ meaning that they are treated
as conffiles. Did you "remove" or "purge the packages with the
appropriate apt tools? If you have just "removed" them, this is
expected behavior on Debian & Ubuntu.
If you purged the packages but the cron jobs remained, this is a bug.
