I've removed the out of sync mirrors from -repos until they can be
brought up to date

Bug description:
mirrors in FR and UK are not updating and are stuck on 26882.
using PPA or DE (http://weeklybuilds.mythbuntu.org/mythbuntu/0.24/ubuntu maverick main) works (27113).
