  simultaneous wintv hvr 950q recordings hang koala kernel

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:

Bug description:
  (bonus points for the mythtv frontend display becoming corrupted as a result of the hang :-)
  2.6.31-16-generic #53-Ubuntu i386 kernel

  A mythbox with:

  2 x 950q
  1 x PVR-USB2

  connected.  When recording two digital - dvb - streams (one from each
  of the 950q-s) the back-end, after a short while, hangs hard.

  (the backend has been suffering from a number of crashes, and looking
  over the logs it is when it was performing two digital recordings; I'm
  now trying the machine with only one 950q to see if stability
  improves)
