Title:
  Incorrect code name in lircd.conf.imon-knob

Status in “lirc” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: lirc

  In /usr/share/lirc/remotes/imon/lircd.conf.imon-knob the functional
remote codes are called Knob_VolUp, Knob_VolDown and Knob_Mute. These
do not correspond to code names used by mythbuntu-lirc-generator. They
should instead be called VolUp, VolDown and Mute, replacing the
invalid remote codes with those names in lirc.conf.imon-knob.

Without this change the Mythbuntu Configuration Control centre remote
control configuration does not get the Imon Knob remote in a working
state as the remote code names in lircd.conf.imon-knob do not match
the remote code names in the generated Lircrc files.
