[Bug 596539] Re: mythexport does not honor an existing cutlist

No longer offering this as a feature, users should remove the
commercials before encoding. If you want to automate it then you should
create your own config which runs mythtranscode before encoding.

Title:
mythexport does not honor an existing cutlist

Status in “mythexport” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mythexport

  When setting "removeCommercials=1" in
  "/etc/mythtv/mythexport/mythexport_settings.cfg" I expected that
mythexport honors the existing cutlist I made manually, like
  mythtranscode does with option "--honorcutlist".

Instead it removes the existing cutlist and generates a new one by
using a commercial flagging job, before transcoding.

In the fact that the commercial flagging is not precise enough for
automatic cutting, there is no use for the "removeCommercial"-function
  for now.

Please add the possibility to activate "honorcutlist", which disables
the replacement of an existing cutlist before transcode.

  thx
