  every second key press fails (ttusbir)

Status in “lirc” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Tehcno Trend USB IR receiver with ttusbir driver. When pressing the same button repeatedly, every second key press is not working. I have now tried this with version 11.04 and 11.10
  If you press different key every time then it's working ok.
  lirc versions 0.8.7-0ubuntu4.1  and 0.9.0-0ubuntu1
