Looks like gnome-session-save is gone in gnome 3.  Added and extra case
to test for this in bzr.  Will be included with next upload.

Bug description:
  At the end of the installation of mythtv-backend, it seems it tries to save the state of the current session, and fails:
  /usr/bin/mythtv-setup: 159: /usr/bin/mythtv-setup: gnome-session-save: not found

  The installation proposes to logout but doesn't when this happens.
