Bug description:
  While upgrading today:

  Preparing to replace mythbuntu-lightdm-theme 0.9 (using .../mythbuntu-lightdm-theme_1.0_all.deb) ...
  No diversion 'diversion of /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf to /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf.diverted by mythbuntu-default-settings', none removed.
  rm: cannot remove `/etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf': No such file or directory
  dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/mythbuntu-lightdm-theme_1.0_all.deb (--unpack):
   subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 1
