VLC and Windows Media Player ask username and password and video frame
appears to these players, but video does not start, first frame picture
stays to player and that's it.

I tested earlier without password, same result.

Bug description:
  mythweb streaming fails with mythv 0.24.1. I have tried with VLC 1.11
  version and WMP in WIn7 64-bit. These used to work but not anymore.
  After couple last updates, mythweb streaming stopped to work.
