Title:
encoding leaves behind a file "x264_2pass.log.mbtree"

Status in “mythexport” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: mythexport

After the export process is complete, all of the temporary files are
deleted with the exception of "x264_2pass.log.mbtree". Subsequent
encoding sessions overwrite this file, so there is never more than
  one.
