The description is very vague. Over here it is not uncommon to have multiple shows in a half an hour window.
Without more details on what is in the EPG vs. what is being transmitted there is not much that can be done.

  EIT fill error

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  EIT data in the program menu shows multiple shows in a single half an
  hour slot or other such fracturing or "fill" type scheduling errors.
  This lead to other conflict errors with other channels when trying to
  set up other recordings.
