Marking won't fix. I'm not sure if this is a valid bug or not (I doubt
it), as it's on a package that is almost 2 years old and it's the first
bug I've seen on this issue. Even if it is a valid bug for some special
case, I don't see us going back to fix it for 0.23.0. If this can be
reproduced on 0.25 or 0.26, please open a new bug.

  The mythweb package simple refuses to install.  I've tried
  uninstalling and reinstalling the package, as well as creating a dummy
  header.php file.  No effect.
