  not using latest version of dvb-usb-af9015.fw

Bug description:
  The package currently ships version 4.95 of the firmware for the
  af9015 chipset.

  There is a more recent version (5.1) available for example from
  http://palosaari.fi/linux/v4l-dvb/firmware/af9015/5.1.0.0/ or via
  http://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/dvb/get_dvb_firmware

  Cannot confirm whether 5.1 is better or worse than 4.95.
