OK I added a recommends for m2vrequantizer.  I made it a recommends
because m2vrequantizer is not available in the regular Ubuntu 12.04
archive at this time.

  Symptom : 
  mytharchive fails toward the end of the flow when creating a DVD due to missing executable M2VRequantiser

  Manually install dependency

  Add dependency to repository and make dependent of mytharchive
