  information yet, just now performed the upgrade from 12.10 to 13.10

Bug description:
  Not sure what has gone wrong. This error was reported during an
  upgrade from 12.10 to 13.10. I am still in the middle of the upgrade
  so I haven't had a chance to delve into the problem yet.
