I have reinstalled since then, on my current installation this does not
seem to be a problem.  You can close this ticket.

Bug description:
  mythweb 2:0.24.0+fixes.20110315.785ea1b-0ubuntu0mythbuntu2

  If you purge mythweb, upon reinstallation you get...

  Syntax error on line 107 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/mythweb.conf:
  Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
  Action 'restart' failed.
  The Apache error log may have more information.

  ...this is resolved by issuing the command...

  /usr/sbin/a2enmod php5
