  Mythexport error in MCC startup

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Users get the following during MCC startup due to python2 vs python3
  differences.

  below is a GUI popup:

   Exception in captureState of plugin MythExport

  and then after closing the popup:
