  Request to add Nebula DigiTV PCI Remote Control (Homebrew Receiver)

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Hello, I wonder if I could ask for support for the Nebula DigiTV
  remote control, PCI card, using a homebrew Receiver.

  I have added the following files:-

  bootmisc.sh, needed the following lines added to the end 
  setserial /dev/ttyS0 uart none
  modprobe lirc_serial
  /usr/sbin/lircd

  hardware.conf
  lircd.conf
  lircrc

  I also needed to apt-get install setserial

  Hope this info is OK
