[Bug 1663468] [NEW] KeyError: 'General' when running mythbuntu-control-centre from terminal in a live session

Steps:
1. Download 16.04.2 dailylive (Feb.9) image and boot to live desktop
2. Run mythbuntu-control-centre from a terminal

Results:
* I can open mythbuntu-control-centre and it looks ok, but I can see these errors from the terminal.
