[Bug 1665998] [NEW] mythwelcome hangs and crashes on shutdown event

Public bug reported:

Normally when initiating a restart mythtv (mythfrontend/mythwelcome)
shuts down the system fast and clean. But restarting (from mythfrontend)
the system needs several minutes to shutdown.
