[Bug 1712125] [NEW] mythtv-setup uses the wrong mysql password by default

Public bug reported:

Fresh install of Xubuntu 17-04 followed by:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mythbuntu/0.29
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mythtv
sudo mythtv-setup

mythtv-setup will not be able to connect to mysql because it tries to
use mysql password of "mythtv" but the password in
/etc/mythtv/config.xml appears to be randomly generated.

I cut and pasted the password from /etc/mythtv/config.xml into the
password filed provided by mythtv-setup and the setup seemed to have
continue normally.

** Affects: mythbuntu
