[Bug 1813245] [NEW] 30 builds (and 31-master) are not compiled with hdhomerun support

I'm getting this error in the backend log:

 E CoreContext recorders/channelbase.cpp:789 (CreateChannel) ChannelBase: CreateChannel() Error:
  HDHOMERUN card configured on video device 1058574D,
  but MythTV was not compiled with HDHOMERUN support.

  Recompile MythTV with HDHOMERUN support or remove the card
  from the configuration and restart MythTV.
