Can you be more specific about what error you see when you try to
install it?

The themes are now downloaded by the frontend so they are no longer
packaged.

  There seems to be some packages missing in both arm repositories for
  the latest build of mythtv, the 202106102123 build addresses a bug
  where scheduled recordings goes missing until one restarts the mythtv-
  backend so it's quite an essential update.
