For some reason the PPA has not been setup to build for arm64 or armhf
so the only packages available are the ones from the official Ubuntu
repos.

I've enabled just arm64 in both 31 and 32 builders for now just to see
what happens.

  There seems to be some packages missing in both arm repositories for
  the latest build of mythtv, the 202106102123 build addresses a bug
  where scheduled recordings goes missing until one restarts the mythtv-
  backend so it's quite an essential update.
