  Fails with:

  #### FFmpeg CONFIGURATION ####
  ERROR: sdl2 requested but not found

  if built without SDL2, the package additionally fails to build on
  arm64 with error:

  Need either OpenGL, OpenGLES or Vulkan. None found!
