Agreed for the easy to modify part
but there are many distributions using packages from Ubuntu, 
maybe it will be better to make OS detection less distribution-only?

  Found "Ubuntu SE=12\nSorry, Ubuntu release not supported" error message when execute MyUnity in Linux Mint 12 Lisa.
  於Linux Mint 12 Lisa執行MyUnity時出現「Ubuntu SE=12\nSorry, Ubuntu release not supported」錯誤訊息。

  Since Mint 12 used 11.10 Ubuntu repo and 11.10 version of Unity, MyUnity should support it, isn't it? ; )
  既然Mint 12使用11.10 Ubuntu套件庫跟11.10版本的Unity，MyUnity應該要支援它，不是嗎？  ；）
